You can access VirtualCons at www.VirtualCons.com or via our mobile app, available in the App Store and Google Play Store. If you are using a browser on your phone or computer, Google Chrome is recommended for the best user experience.

Registration is free for everyone. Premier membership options are also available.

VirtualCons is an ongoing work in progress. We will be adding celebrities and content regularly, so check back often for updates!

Here at VirtualCons we are committed to delivering top tier content. In the very near future, you can expect live and pre-recorded interviews, Q&A’s, web series, podcasts, and more.

Shoutouts are personalized video greetings from your favorite celebrities to commemorate any occasion or to simply say hello. Get one for yourself or a loved one! To order, while in any event vertical, click on the menu, select Shoutouts, pick a celebrity, and make your request. Celebrities have a 7 day grace period to fulfill requests. Should your request not come in time
or get declined, you will be issued a refund.

Virtual Meet & Greets allow you the opportunity to chat with your favorite celebrity via video conferencing through your phone or computer. To order, while in any event vertical, click on the menu, select Meet & Greets, pick a celebrity, and make your request.
Celebrities have 24 hours to confirm or deny your request. If denied, you will be issued a refund. However, please be aware that if your request is denied, chances are the celebrity is simply unavailable during the requested time. Modify your request and try again!
Please remember to be respectful and courteous during any interaction with our talent. Celebrities have the authority to end any Meet & Greet should they feel disrespected. All Meet & Greets are recorded and will be subject to review should this occur and refunds are not guaranteed.

Our exclusive events are events that are only open to our members and not open to the public. In some cases, our events will be announced on VirtualCons first, several weeks before the general public.

We will be consistently dropping merchandise and memorabilia that cannot be found anywhere else. But unfortunately once it’s gone, it’s gone. Make sure to act fast so you don’t miss out!

Talent has the ability to reject offers if they are currently unable to fulfill the request. Usually they are on location filming. Expect a refund.

For purposes of this policy, Personal Information (as defined below) does not include persistent identifiers that can be used to recognize users over time and across different apps, websites, or online services.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our app. By accessing or using this app, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see “Changes to our Privacy Policy” below). Your continued use of this app after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Minors Under the Age of 18

Our app is not intended for minors under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any Personal Information to or on the app. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under 18. If you are under 18, do not register on the app, make any purchases through the app, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this app or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a minor under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We do use persistent identifiers to monitor app traffic and usage patterns in order to support the internal operations of our app and provide a better user experience. It is possible that we may collect some of this information from minors under 18.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Usage Details, IP Addresses, Cookies and Other Technologies. We collect certain limited information from and about users of our app automatically as you navigate through the app, when we send you emails, when you respond to surveys, and when you use any referral service we may offer. Information collected automatically may include certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

• details of your visits to our app, including traffic data and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the app; and/or
• information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data. It helps us to improve our app and to deliver a better and more personalized service by enabling us to:

• estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
• store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our app according to your individual interests;
• speed up your searches; and
• recognize you when you return to our app.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

• Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your electronic device. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our app. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our app.
• Flash Cookies. Certain features of our app may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our app. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. • Web Beacons. Screens of the app and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

We do not collect Personal Information automatically, but we may tie this information to Personal Information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

Information You Provide To Us. The information we collect on or through our app may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our app. This includes information provided at the time of registration. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our app.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
• Your search queries on the app.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the app, or transmitted to other users of the app or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on the app and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the app with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

We may provide a referral service to enable you to tell a friend about the Services, in which case we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address and then send your friend an email inviting him or her to try the Services.

Third-Party Advertiser Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.

Some advertisements on the app are served by third-party advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about our users. This may include information about users’ behavior on this app and other apps to provide them interested-based (behavioral) advertising. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement, you should contact the responsible advertiser directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see “Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information” below.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:

• to present our app and its contents to you;
• to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us;
• for any purpose that such information is provided for;
• to provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices;
• to notify you about changes to our app or any products or services we offer or provide though it;
• to allow you to participate in interactive features on our app;
• in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and/or
• for any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please check the relevant box located on the online form on which we collect your data (the registration form) or adjust your user preferences in your account profile. For more information, see “Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information” below.

We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your Personal Information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Any information you provide us for a referral service will be stored for the sole purpose of sending a one-time email and tracking the success of the referral service.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated, non-identifying information (including Personal Information that has been aggregated with other information so that it no longer can personally identify the user) about our users without restriction.

We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• to our affiliates;
• to contractors, service providers, parties referred to as Preferred Content Providers (as defined below), and other third parties we use to support our business;
• to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the Company about our app users is among the assets transferred;
• to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;
• for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and/or with your consent.

We may also disclose your Personal Information:

• to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
• to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and/or
• if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers or others.

We may (but undertake no obligation to) notify you before making any such disclosure.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. The NAI offers the ability for you to opt-out of the behavioral advertising programs of their members by going to: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ or http://www.aboutads.info/choices/.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

If you delete your User Contributions from the app, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other app users. Information that you disclose in any User Contributions is public information, with no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. You should be aware that any Personal Information you submit in the course of these public activities can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not and will not be responsible for the dissemination of any Personal Information contained in any User Contributions.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our app, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we exercise reasonable care to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our app. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the app.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the app home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our app and this privacy policy to check for any changes.

This Terms of Use Agreement governs your use of the VirtualCons platform offered by 3fams Productions, comprised of our mobile application (“App”) and website (virtualcons.com), and services we provide through them (collectively, our “Site”). “You” refers to you as a user of the Site. These terms apply to users of, including visitors to, our Site and are offered conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). 

Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. 

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to the VirtualCons Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. 

Electronic Communications

Visiting our Site or sending emails to VirtualCons, LLC or 3fams, LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, disclosures, notices and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.   

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that VirtualCons, LLC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. VirtualCons, LLC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. Talent Users reserve the right to decline a request if they find it objectionable or otherwise offensive. 

Eligibility

VirtualCons, LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or guardian. 

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the payment terms in effect when you submit your request or purchase merchandise.

All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at point of purchase.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of VirtualCons, LLC and VirtualCons, LLC is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. VirtualCons, LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusions of any link does not imply endorsement by VirtualCons, LLC of the site or any association with its operators. 

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to VirtualCons, LLC that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, impair, or overburden the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site. You agree not to change, create, edit or modify any derivative work from our Site. 

Acceptable Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain bulletin board services, calendars, chat areas, communities, forums, news groups, personal web pages, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, and send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. You are responsible for your use of your Site account and submissions. Our goal is to create a useful, safe, and positive user experience. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful. 

You agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not: use a false identity, provide any false or misleading information, or impersonate any third party; violate any law, regulation, or court order; upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws; take any action that violates the legal rights of others, submit, post, share, or communicate anything that is, or that incites or encourages, action that is, explicitly or implicitly: abusive, derogatory, harassing, harmful, hateful, illegal, racist, or threatening to any reputation, profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or otherwise objectionable (including nudity); engage in spidering or harvesting, or participate in the use of software, including spyware, designed to collect data from our Site, including from any user of our Site; transmit any virus, other computer instruction, or technological means intended to, or that may, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems; participate in any fraudulent or illegal activity, including phishing, money, laundering, or fraud; attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by us, any of our providers, or any other third party; access our Site to obtain information to build a similar or competitive application, website, or service; attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or other underlying code used to provide our Site. 

International Users

The Site is controlled, operated and administered by VirtualCons, LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the Site from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use VirtualCons content accessed through the mobile app, website, or services in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VirtualCons and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, directors, shareholders, agents, partners, vendors, and licensors (collectively, “VirtualCons Parties”) from and against any and all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, and expenses of any kind or nature arising from, out of, in connection with, or relating to: (a) these Terms; or (b) use of our Site.

Termination/Access Restriction

VirtualCons, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. 

Changes to Terms

VirtualCons, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the VirtualCons mobile app, website, and services is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. VirtualCons, LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
